A new chapter of holistic lightful work will be provided soon as online courses, workshops and retreats.
During my studies in reiki, yoga and spiritual teachings I was following my vision to bring all the aspects for our spirit, body, soul and skin together.
Hopefully very soon I will have the opportunity to offer you the perfect location here in portugal to slow down from our daily life, reconnect with nature ground and refill our soul.
Together we will reunite as sisterhood and brotherhood and build up a community.
